is a native of East Tennessee and holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Johnson Bible College. James is a clinical member of the American Counseling Association. James specializes in addiction and couples / family therapy. He and his wife Shirley have been married for 39 years. They have two adult children & 5 grand children. – James is certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors #255021. TN. Is the office manager of Crossroads Counseling Center has been with this group since its founding and is dedicated to providing assistance in meeting your needs or answering your questions. She is knowledgeable about scheduling, billing and service inquiries and is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Outside of these hours, our phone lines are answered by on-call therapists. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the office at 865-286-5637 or by fax at 865-286-5665.
